Kelvin Mansaray

Multi-instrumentalist Kelvin Mansaray is a unique emerging voice on the creative music scene. Born and raised in K’jipuktuk (Halifax) with roots in Transylvania and Sierra Leone, he has worked as a supporting musician with Aquakultre, budi and Michelle Sylliboy. Since relocating to Toronto, he has been composing, performing and recording original music. A student of the Creative Music Workshop, Kelvin’s depth of practice on the violin and research into a variety of musical traditions make him a passionate and engaging performer, collaborator and educator.
