“Our brains are built to benefit from play no matter what our age. "

- Theresa A. Kestly, Contemporary American psychologist

Join Mocean Dance and PLAY creator Jacinte Armstrong in a free workshop inviting audiences and artists to "play” together, exploring what it might feel like to "think through movement". Playing with objects and movements through guided exercises and simple games, together we’ll discover the performance hidden in everyday movements. All are welcome! Participants are invited to move at their own pace and ability, while moving in community with others.
