Benoit Whitehead Gravel

Benoit Whitehead Gravel is a multidisciplinary artist and technician based out of Kjipuktuk/Halifax. He was most recently at Ship’s Company Theatre in Parrsboro as technical director and facilities coordinator for the 2021 season, and can otherwise be found in the lighting departments of various theatres in the Maritimes, including Neptune Theatre and Alderney Landing. He has designed lights for Mocean Dance, Votive Dance, and Kinetic Studios everywhere from theatres to studio attics. The pandemic has offered him the opportunity to dive deeper into his hobbies, including painting, writing music, and training to become a professional wrestler. Support Maritime arts and wrestling!
