Moving With Mocean: Summer 2026

Announcing another summer session of 
Moving With Mocean in Halifax's North End!

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS

Engage your body-mind connection this summer, with movement classes led by Mocean Dance! Designed for inclusivity and aimed to create a sense of community in a creative atmosphere, this open dance class is truly for everyone; all ages, all levels.

We will lead a gentle warm-up designed to engage your physical senses and activate your weight flow through a playful approach to movement. This class will awaken your body-breath connections, mobilize your joints, and bring a little extra movement excitement to your day.

Location: Aurora North End Parish Church, 5676 Sebastian Street

Drop-in fee:  $12, or by donation (pay-what-you-can)

Accessibility Notes: The Aurora North End Parish Church is fully wheelchair accessible. The Aurora Commons Gymnasium is only accessible via two short staircases. Due to ongoing road work on Sebastian Street, we cannot guarantee accessible parking. The nearest street parking can be found on just off Sebastian Street on Isleville or Agricola.
