Seeking Indigenous Dancers

CALL FOR INDIGENOUS DANCERS | Apply by Feb 22

Nestuita’si Storytelling and Mocean Dance are seeking an Atlantic-based, Indigenous dancer to participate in Dancing Kmɨtkinu (working title), a dance project led by L’nu artists Sarah Prosper and shalan joudry. A mentorship position is possible for emerging / early career dancers. Indigenous contemporary and traditional dancers are encouraged to apply!

 

PROJECT DETAILS:
Rehearsal dates: March 31-April 17, 2025 in Halifax.
Artists fees paid.
Travel stipend available for dancers living outside Halifax.
