Engage your body-mind connection with a free movement class led by Mocean Dance. The Moving with Mocean open movement series is designed for inclusivity and aimed to create a sense of community in a creative atmosphere. This open level class will awaken your breath connection, mobilize your joints, and bring a little extra movement excitement to your day. Photos below feature our Winter 2020 class series from Keshen Goodman Library.

“…how much I enjoyed the session at the library. I am 74 years old and have not felt younger in years. I felt so free and relaxed in your style, anyone any age would feel at home and the joy in their bodies.”  ~ Library Class Participant, Bonnie Yaren
